After setting up profiles, you may find that you want some of the profiles to have some of the same settings found in another profile. For example, you may want to turn on My Account for a group of profiles or copy the URL for the library logo to several profiles.
To add or remove an email address from an individual search profile
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Profiles from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Find the search profile that you want to copy settings from, then choose the Cascade Settings option next to the profile information. |
The Cascade Profile Settings page opens. For more information, see Fields: Cascade Profile Settings.
| 4 | Select which profiles you want to copy the settings to. |
| 5 | Select which settings you want to copy to the selected profiles. |
| 6 | When you have finished, choose OK. |
A confirmation dialog box opens.
| 7 | To continue cascading the settings, choose OK. |
The process begins and the program logs the progress as the settings are copied to each profile.
| 8 | When the cascade settings process has completed, choose OK. |
